Buyer agrees to have this dog spayed/neutered prior to dogs first birthday and will provide proof to Breeder this has been done. _________________________
Guarantee:
Breeder guarantees this puppy will become a normal pet quality dog.
Breeder guarantees this puppy has been vaccinated against distemper/parvo and checked by a professional vet.
Breeder guarantees this animal for 2 years from genetic health issues including only the following:
* severe hip dysplasia ++
* severe elbow dysplasia ++
* PRA ( Progressive Retinal atrophy)
* vWD ( Von Willebrands disease) does not include carrier status
Buyer agrees this dog will be diagnosed by two ,unrelated in practice, vets at Buyers expense prior to upholding this guarantee.
If at such time it is determined by these 2 vets the dog has severe hip/elbow
dysplasia, PRA or vWD, Breeder has 2 years to return full purchase price ($xxxx) or puppy of equal quality to Buyer, from date of last diagnosis.
Buyer agrees to take dog to their vet within 2 days of purchase, Breeder will return Buyers purchase price if at such time a defect or health issue had been found and the dog will be returned to Breeder. If Buyer decided to keep this dog no refund will be given now or in the future for any reason, the full guarantee will be void.
Breeder guarantees dog free from parvo/distemper for 48 hours from purchase date. At Buyers expense an ELISA test must be preformed within 48 hours if claiming either of these viruses.
Breeder only guarantees against issues stated under the Guarantee clause, any other problems are not covered and are the responsibility of the Buyer.
